PARENT SUING PORTLAND , OREGON PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM
Portland, OR June 19, 2011 A parent of a child in a Portland Public School is suing PPS, for installing a wi fi infrastructure throughout the school system. Citing breach of 14th Amendment right to choice, the plaintiff in the case has serious, legally and scientifically established concerns about the safety of wi fi technology and its potential biological effects on children.

going to happen".
And the Minister for Communications, Mr. Pat Rebbitte responded to a
Parliamentary Question dated June 9, "I am satisfied that during the
consultation process with the regulatory authorities and with other
stakeholders, the interests of the consumer and the general public
were adequately represented and reflected in the draft regulations."
To a second question, he responded "Issues relating to the potential
health effects of from non-ionising radiation and electro-magnetic
fields are a matter for the Minister for the Environment, Community
and Local Government."
Also today it was announced that "Trinity College opens 131m
biomedical sciences R&D operation".
