Supreme Court lets $19B cellphone lawsuit proceed
The suit was filed on behalf of more than 14 million monthly cellphone subscribers, or nearly half the country's population, and seeks the return of an estimated $12 billion, plus interest charges. That would result in a total claim of about $19 billion, or about $600 to $700 per customer.

Bell Mischief?
On June 26, 2012, the SAME day that CTV's biased Wi-Fi story was aired, WiFi Broadband Alliance announced that Bell Canada (the owner of CTV) just joined them as a new member. What a timely coincidence!

Vatican Conviction.

Regarding the Radio Vatican transmitter, it is the 94 MHz transmission that matters not the power levels.
At the distance of the observed effects of the B-field and the A-field have got the correct phase difference to imprint environmental frequencies.
It is the A-field which carries the bio-information (see attachment).

Security of Our Electricity Grid
I encourage everyone to write their MPs, senators, congressmen, the media about this issue. If a person doesn't care about health, privacy or costs, certainly he should care about whether the grid is attacked and we lose all electricity capability for years.
Experts are warning against this real possibility and it seems no one is listening. As usual, it's up to us!!

Dear Ms. May, Mr. Atamanenko, Ms. Davies, Ms. Hughes, Mr. Garrison and Mr. Young.
I have sent you several emails with information which I think is important about smart meters. Even though these programs are being managed and mandated by provincial governments, there is a significant federal involvement which must not be denied or ignored. But, so far, I have heard nothing from the federal government about it – cybersecurity.
The reason for the grid is to send electricity where it is most needed from places that have surplus.
But this interconnected grid means when something dire happens in one place, everything other place is potentially threatened.
Many experts from the UK, the US (FBI, CIA), and from industry have warned that any wireless grid is subject to attack, accident or hacking by a curious teenager. Once this grid is complete every community in North America will be connected with every other. If something happens in New York, British Columbia will be affected. Security measures are inadequate at best, and sorely lacking in the words of some insiders

Last Sunday, CBS's "60 Minutes" re-ran a program about this issue, in which this grid is said to be a natural point of attack in revenge for similar attacks on countries like Iran. In the words of former CIA director James Woolsey, it's a matter of when, not if, this grid is brought down and we all will be in the dark ages, for months, years, or longer.
The benefits which accrue from the smart meter program have yet to be realized by any country or state which has implemented the grid. There are no cost or energy savings. In the words of many the only ones to benefit from this worldwide experiment are the corporations.
I ask you all to please, take a look at the attached youtube videos, and investigate the security issues associated with smart meters. I believe you will conclude, as so many already have, that this program must be stopped. And stopped now before more good money is spent on something which not only has no benefits but which endangers our very way of life.

Scandal in BC
The Premier of this province, Christy Clark, lied to you.
There is no greater evidence I have ever released that proves this. She should immediately resign–in disgrace. Why she's chosen to so brazenly lie about her certain involvement in the scandalous, corrupt sale of BC Rail, is beyond me, but I am hoping that she will have to finally answer to the law at a judicial inquiry.

EMR causing Hypoxia of the blood.
I have recently read of a science project of high school students in Germany. They tested how blood reacts to radiation of cell phones. The result is Hypoxia of the blood.
(blood gets sticky, cells clump together & oxygen starvation sets in)
They also tested students standing 6 ft away from the cell phone user (only 20 seconds exposure) and remarkably, also their blood showed the same reaction of Hypoxia.
The participating students received a science award for their project.
Would it not make sense to have similar science experiments in Canadian schools regarding Wi-Fi?
Since Michelle has done a video, exposing the radiation coming from an i-pad, I could imagine that a video made by a students as a science project would make quite a splash, shaming CTV and Bell.
They could do the practical tests of computers and i-pads and learn investigative journalism by establishing contact with scientists like Dr. Havas, Dr. Trower etc. and trace the industry connection of 'experts' such as Karl Reardon.
How embarrassing that would be for CTV/Bell when children out-science the 'experts', and show CTV, how real journalism is conducted.
Why can schools not take this issues into their own hands and investigate, test and research on their own? The tools and information is readily available for anyone.
