I had attended Round Table Conference on EMF Radiation at Delhi on March 27, 2012, which was chaired by Mr. Kapil Sibal, DOT Minister. ASSOCHAM people had submitted comments on my presentation on cell tower radiation hazard at the Round Table Conference. I got the soft copy of those comments and prepared my reply and the report is attached. It is 72 pages long and the link is:

Thirty million homes and small businesses will have smart meters by 2019 enabling all consumers and their families and neighbours, to be radiated with a class 2b carcinogen 24 hours a day.

Australian doctor suffers debilitating health problems after a Smart Meter was installed
Dr Frederica Lamech said the meters were rolled out in her area in February, and now she had to take sick leave from her Aspendale Gardens practice and would likely have to sell her home. Her debilitating health problems include continuous palpitations, chest pain, lethargy, dizziness, fainting, and insomnia, she said.
"I am not able to function," she said. "I can't work. I can't look after my family and I need my husband, now the only breadwinner, to take care of me,"
