Mobile phone mast linked to 50 cases of cancer

The mast was installed without a licence 16 years ago next to the Torre Moya watchtower on the Cortijada Los Perez property in Benajarafe and the town hall, attending to complaints from the 350 local residents who linked it to 50 cases of cancer, had requested permission to take it down according to the New Technologies Councillor, Concha Labao.

Professor Johansson's opinion on the French EHS study.

Cognitive treatment has been tried in Sweden, in a thesis
[L. Hillert, "Hypersensitivity to electricity; symptoms, risk factors and therapeutic interventions", Stockholm, 2001].
It did not have any effect on EHS.

As you know, in Sweden electrohypersensitivity (EHS) is an officially fully recognized
- by the Swedish government since the year 2000 - functional impairment (i.e., it is not regarded as a disease).
Survey studies show that somewhere between 230,000 – 290,000 Swedish men and women – out of a population of 9,000,000 -
report a variety of symptoms when being in contact with electromagnetic field sources.
Swedish electrohypersensitive people have their own handicap organization,
The Swedish Association for the Electrohypersensitive, which has its own website in both Swedish and English.
This organization is included in the Swedish Disability Federation (Handikappförbundens SamarbetsOrgan; HSO).

In Sweden, impairments are viewed from the point of the environment.
No human being is in itself impaired, there are instead shortcomings in the environment that cause the impairment.
Thus, it is the environment that should be "treated", not the persons!

This view can fully be motivated in relation to "The UN 22 Standard Rules on the equalization of opportunities for people
with disabilities" (1993), since 2007 upgraded into "The UN Convention on Human Rights for Persons with
Functional Impairments", the "Swedish Action Plan for Persons with Impairments" (prop. 1999/2000:79
"Den nationella handlingplanen för handikappolitiken – Från patient till medborgare") and EU's "Human Rights Act".

Thus, people with the functional impairment electrohypersensitivity
are entitled to have an equal life in a society based on equality.
One of the most important principles to achieve this is the one about complete accessability;
it is not about cognitive treatment.

Note - With comments like those above, it is very obvious that it is not just the meters that are not smart, but those involved in the project. What a stupid comment from Murphy. All he has to do is look at the research on microwave radiation and it is obvious that they are putting customers at risk!

The so-called 'health authorities' obviously need to change their name.
