Large-scale recall of mobile phones

Greetings -

The large-scale recall of mobile phones of the latest generation (put on the market in September 2008) which is currently under way in Europe is a very serious matter, since it was an official state organisation that ascertained that they did not conform to the SAR statutory limits.
We don't know if this is a world first, or if the recall has been done at the request of the certification authorities, or, more seriously, if there have been any pathologies (tumours) or deaths.

However there is little doubt that it will have a very significant impact, especially since the manufacturer hoped to carry out the operation with the greatest possible discretion!

The important thing is that we have all the relevant items, in particular the signed declaration of conformity certifying that the phone meets the required standards, which is not true and could therefore have grave consequences for the manufacturer. The dossier is being prepared for distribution.

Warmest greetings to everyone from France,
Marie-Pierre
