The Canadian initiative to stop Wireless Electrical and Electromagnetic Pollution
6 August 2015Innovations at the State Parliament of South Tyrol (Landtag Südtirol): In a decision from 10 June 2015, a responsible implementation of Wi-Fi and cell phone networks as well as RF radiation exposure guidelines has been announced. The majority of the State Parliament decided allowing the application of the precautionary principle.
Motivated by sustainable progress and political responsibility, this decision mandates the state government, among other things:
- To replace existing wireless networks whenever possible with networks that emit less radiation at schools, preschools, hospitals, nursing homes, and other public facilities…
- To establish a working group whose mandate it is to assess these new technologies and their exposure levels. With regard to wireless communication technologies, mobile Internet access, and public health, the working group shall clarify which technologies emit less radiation and provide sustainable technology options…
- To start an education and awareness campaign that informs about possible health risks, especially regarding the unborn, infants, children, and adolescents and that develops guidelines for a safer use of cell phones, smartphones, and Wi-Fi …

"Chronic illnesses have skyrocketed since the mid-1990s when all this technology started to proliferate," says Rees.
- In studies of RF health and biological effects where simulated signals are used to estimate exposure, unreliable results are likely produced. These can lead to false assurances of public safety.
- In studies where real cell phones are used to measure actual exposure, studies are almost uniform in showing adverse effects -- more than 95% do so. This is because the real phone signals are polarized, variable in form, and therefore more bio-active than simulated estimates. As such, organisms are not able to readily adapt and compensate for damage.
- Studies that do not use real signals do not reflect the reality of use in the population and are therefore of limited scientific and public health protection value.
The weapon involved is understood to be a so-called 'iPhone taser' that looks like the popular smart phone but is actually a deadly weapon.

Re: safety of apartment with multiple smart meters
I am a "smart" meter expert. Read this carefully. Your information is correct because the radiation falls off rapidly within a foot or two, and dense books will absorb a bit. However the actual level goes from "burned to a crisp" to "deep fried." "Better" does NOT mean safe! No, no, no! Do NOT take the apartment!
Trying to shield yourself from this type of radiation is like trying to shield yourself from a tsunami. If you have a wall between you and the tsunami the wall may take out some of the impact, but water wraps around the wall and you drown.
Put a very large piece of reflective metal between you and the "smart" meter and it will take out some of the "smack", however the radiation wraps around and you are engulfed.
You will see websites which show blocking the meter is effective. This is ignorance as it does not account for the wrap around. Radiation is like water or light. When you put something in front of a lamp can you not see behind it? The light wraps around and also reflects off of other objects. When you put your hand in front of a hose how much of that water gets behind your hand?
Electric companies publicize that a "smart" meter's power is low. This is because the meter puts out extremely large bursts of millisecond radiation and the electric company uses time-averaging. This means they average the measurements over time. For example, the moment of ignition when a bomb explodes has extremely high power, but those moments just before and after the explosion have NO power. When you average the bomb's power over time, the power of that bomb is so low that it could not move a feather.
