MPs On Health Committee Seek More Warnings About Cellphones, Wi-Fi, Baby Monitors
"We are in a soup of radiation from cellphone and cellphone towers, and baby monitors and iPads," Conservative MP Terence Young told The Huffington Post Canada. Health Canada, the department charged with helping Canadians maintain and improve their health, is failing to do its job, Young said.

That's what Suzanne Hoyt says happened to her, after she had Wi-Fi installed in her apartment. She felt pain in her jaws and her chest. "It was like the physical expansion of the heart."

Long before WiFi, cordless telephones and cell phones were invented, the US, the Soviets and other Western Governments knew that microwave radiation was very harmful and had very serious health effects. The masses of scientific research which proved this was mostly kept secret because the military needed to use modern radar and communications systems during the cold war. Those early scientific papers are now widely available and have been updated with masses of new recent scientific research which also confirms how harmful wireless radiation can be.

Everyone who is exposed to wireless radiation is putting their long term health at great risk. It is not surprising that people are harmed by WiFi, it is more surprising that many more people are not suffering yet. Perhaps their first sign will be one of the several cancers that are related to wireless exposure, or maybe one of the many auto immune diseases that have popped up since wireless has become widely used. It may show itself as depression, sleep disruption, heart problems or any of the many other biological effects that have been linked to wireless exposure.

Crisis averted as Ontario smart meter explodes next to gas line
She found the source when she went outside — her hydro smart meter had become a "ball of fire."
"The meter is about three feet from the main gas line into the house," she said outside her home Wednesday. "If that wall had gone and then the car parked right beside it would've been very, very bad."

Comment to article Smart meter fires are very serious and have caused at least one death in the United States and one in Canada. The damage they cause and the dangers involved are fairly easy to see.
What most people do not realize is the even more serious long term harm that can be caused by the strong bursts of microwave radiation that the meters emit. The radiation is a carcinogen that can cause significant sleep problems, depression, heart problems and damage DNA etc.
All over the USA and Australia where smart meters have been installed, they have caused people to become seriously ill, and numerous groups have been formed to fight against them.
The name 'smart meters' needs to be changed to something like 'dumb, dangerous, hazardous meters'.

The house first caught fire before a van in the carport exploded. The fire department determined the cause was electrical in nature, and the family wonders if an electrical meter played a role.

North America and Europe have outdated legacy infrastructure for water management and distribution resulting in a huge piling of consumer complaints regarding pipe bursts and leaks.
The biggest problem with the water distribution networks is old pipes. Why spend all this money on new meters, when it could be put to better use installing modern pipes and upgrading distribution systems?

Does radiation from cellphone towers cause cancer?
Yes, said the Kasliwals, two of who have been diagnosed with brain cancer after three towers were installed next to their upscale C-scheme neighbourhood in Jaipur. Since then, illnesses, both minor and major, have become a part of their lives and the lives of the 50 other families in their neighbourhood.
Cancer happens in extreme cases, with almost everyone living close to mobile towers reporting disorders such as sleep disturbances, headaches, fatigue, joint pains, among others.

In 2013 more than 61,000 new cancer cases were reported to the Swedish Cancer Register. This was all time high and may be compared with e.g. 1970 with 28,000 cases. The increase is remarkable even if age and population number is considered.

During the same time period the number of persons that get cancer in Sweden has increased with 30 %."
